Joel Waltzer
Joel Waltzer is a native New Orleanian, graduated magna cum laude from Boston University, and subsequently graduated from Harvard Law School. Mr. Waltzer clerked for Chief Justice Calogero on the Louisiana Supreme Court and then joined the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic as one of its first supervising attorneys.

Robert Wiygul
Robert Wiygul graduated cum laude from Millsaps College in 1981, and received his law degree cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 1984. While at law school he was the Editor in Chief of the Mississippi Law Journal. After graduation, he clerked for Judge W. Eugene Davis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and later practiced with the firm of Gordon, Arata, McCollam and Duplantis in New Orleans, specializing in natural resources and commercial litigation.

Clay Garside
Mr. Garside was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama where he graduated summa cum laude from Spring Hill College. In 2005, he graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School, where he served as an associate editor of the Tulane Law Review and received the Order of the Coif.
