Clay Garside

Mr. Garside was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama where he graduated summa cum laude from Spring Hill College. In 2005, he graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School, where he served as an associate editor of the Tulane Law Review and received the Order of the Coif.

Following law school he served as law clerk to Honorable Carl J. Barbier, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana until 2007. Clay left the federal courts to join Waltzer & Associates, now Waltzer & Wiygul, where he litigates an active docket of the firm’s commercial, maritime, environmental, regulatory, and public law cases.
